Terms of Service
BlueReel provides screening-level hydropower analysis reports and decision-support materials based on information provided by the user and available public-source data.
BlueReel reports do not constitute a feasibility study, engineering design, construction cost estimate, engineering certification, permitting review, financial advice, or investment recommendation. Reports are intended to support early-stage project screening, discussion, and planning only.
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, complete, and lawfully provided. If incomplete or unclear data is provided, the analysis will be based on available information, and limitations will be stated in the report. BlueReel may request clarification or additional information before starting or completing the report.
Any expert-informed interpretation or commentary provided by BlueReel is limited to screening-level analysis and does not constitute engineering certification, design approval, or a guarantee of project feasibility.
Delivery timelines begin after scope confirmation, payment confirmation, and receipt of sufficient project information.
All sales are final once analysis work has begun. If BlueReel determines before starting analysis work that the submitted information is insufficient to prepare a meaningful screening report, BlueReel may request additional information, offer a refund, or propose an alternative scope.
If BlueReel is unable to proceed with the project after payment has been made, a full refund will be provided.
If a refund is approved before analysis work has begun, any payment processing fees, bank charges, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion fees, or refund-related transfer fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
For bilingual report packages, the English version is the primary reference version unless otherwise agreed.
BlueReel is not responsible for decisions made based on the reports provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueReel’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant report.
