BlueReel collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, including contact details, order information, submitted project information, and communications related to the report.

We use this information to prepare, review, and deliver reports, communicate with clients, process orders, maintain internal records, and improve our service.

We do not sell client data or publish client-submitted project materials. We do not share submitted project materials with unrelated third parties.

Relevant project information is reviewed by BlueReel’s analysis team as part of the report preparation process. Where expert-informed interpretation or commentary is included, relevant project information is also reviewed by BlueReel’s Lead Expert.

We may use trusted service providers for payment processing, form submission, email, file storage, internal workflow management, and report delivery. Payment information is processed by Stripe. BlueReel does not store full credit card numbers.

Your data may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary for report delivery, internal records, legal, accounting, and service improvement purposes.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, accounting, or operational requirements.
