Refund / Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of digital reports and professional services, all sales are final once analysis work has begun. If required project information is missing or insufficient, BlueReel may contact the client before starting analysis work to request additional information, offer a refund, or propose an alternative scope. If BlueReel is unable to proceed with the project after payment has been made, a full refund will be provided.
